The administrative team at Apercen enhances the effectiveness of the client-facing professionals by providing high-level support.

As an executive assistant, you’ll conserve time for the partner group by handling information requests, pro-actively monitoring email, preparing correspondence, receiving visitors, arranging conference calls, and scheduling meetings.  In addition, you may also perform certain personal assistant duties for the partner in order to devote additional time to company activities.

Responsibilities

  • Conserves Partner’s and Managers’ time by reading, researching, and routing correspondence and telephone inquiries
  • Maintains appointment schedule including scheduling meetings, conferences, teleconferences, and travel
  • Communicates and represents the Partner will all levels of internal and external stakeholders
  • Creates templates utilizing Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint for client messages, emails, billing and presentations
  • Processes and reconciles expenses for Tax Partner(s) and managers on a monthly basis
  • Supports tax team with client materials assembly and other office support as needed
  • Occasionally provides personal administrative support including scheduling personal appointments, travel and reservations

Qualifications

  • 3-5+ years of applicable experience
  • Strong communication (both oral and written) with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and meticulous attention to detail
  • Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality and sustain professionalism with internal and external clients
  • Diplomatic and discreet team player
  • Knowledge of English language including rules of composition and grammar
  • A.A. Degree or equivalent

 

Desired Qualifications:  

  • Bachelor’s degree from accredited college or university
