As a Staff Accountant I, you will focus on daily data entry and processing to support internal client teams. If you have a passion for details and want to hone your accounting skills at the highest stage, you will love working at Apercen FOS.


  • Process approved payments in Oracle accounting system
  • Process approved bank transfers on banking platform
  • Process deposits on banking platform
  • Print and mail approved vendor checks on a daily basis
  • Process weekly integrity reports from Oracle accounting system
  • Provide weekly batch status reports to client teams
  • Assist with month end process
  • Assist in routine 1099 maintenance in Oracle accounting system
  • Assist in annual 1099 reporting process
  • Support FOS client teams


  • Communicate effectively and professionally with internal and external teams both verbally and via email
  • Possess the utmost integrity and uphold client confidentiality

  • Must be detail-oriented
  • Understand and carry out directions in an independent manner
  • Work with client team Manager to develop and implement policies and procedures
  • Ability to process rush items or otherwise meet daily deadlines
  • Act as secondary line of internal control for cash disbursements by ensuring invoices are approved by proper client personnel

Desired Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree and a minimum of 1-2 years of applicable experience
