About us: Apercen Partners is a US-based consulting firm specializing in tax and family office solutions. We currently employ over 200 employees with locations nationwide.

Why is this role important to us?

At Apercen, we work with some of the smartest and most qualified professionals in our field. As we grow, we want to make sure we are attracting and securing the best and highest caliber talent, within our campus recruiting efforts. We want to continue hiring top talent that will contribute to the success of our teams, departments, and firm.

Reporting to our Campus Recruiting Manager, you’d be responsible for providing support during campus recruiting busy seasons/programs, attending campus events (virtual and in-person), managing our applicant tracking system (iCIMs), our shared inbox, assist with onboarding campus hires (January and June), and providing assistance with candidate scheduling, sourcing, and tracking across our seven office locations.

During non-busy times for campus hiring, you’d get great exposure to other types of roles we recruit for, supporting our experienced hire recruiters by scheduling interviews and assisting with searches for accounting, operations and family office roles in our nationwide offices.
