As the FOS Treasury Manager, you will focus on daily review, approval, and payment processing to support internal client teams. If you have a passion for details and want to hone your accounting skills at the highest stage, you will love working at Apercen FOS.


  • Oversee daily payment cycles for approved payments in Oracle accounting system
  • Act as secondary line of internal control for cash disbursements by ensuring invoices are approved by proper client personnel
  • Process approved wire transfers on banking platform
  • Review printed approved vendor checks for mailing
  • Process vendor approval and maintain other Oracle accounting system requests
  • Assist with month end process
  • Assist in routine 1099 maintenance in Oracle accounting system
  • Provide quarterly 1099 status reports to client teams
  • Assist in annual 1099 reporting process
  • Support FOS client teams
  • Work with team to develop and implement process efficiencies, and policies and procedures
  • Effectively manage, train, mentor, and motivate team of high performing individuals


  • Communicate effectively and professionally with internal and external teams both verbally and via email
  • Possession of the utmost integrity and ability to uphold client confidentiality
  • Must be highly detail-oriented
  • Ability to process rush items or otherwise meet daily deadlines
  • Ability to work well in a team environment

  • Possession of good decision-making skills

Desired Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor's Degree and a minimum of 5+ years of applicable experience
  • Experience as an Accountant, Treasurer or Controller preferred
  • CPA or MBA preferred
