    The Apercen Operations team provides support to all firm employees, working together to provide high-level support in all areas to facilitate business needs. Apercen continues to grow, and we are seeking individuals who want to make a difference and are focused on providing support and service to our professional services team.

     

    In this office role, you will help support in managing office meals, kitchen stocking and ordering, reception and mail while providing general support for the tax team on an on-going basis.

    Responsibilities

    • Maintain office cleanliness and organization, re-stocking of items and ordering supplies and groceries
    • Coordinate and place orders for busy season meals (lunches & dinners) as well as distribute meals to staff
    • Provides reception to clients, business partners, employees, and recruits, representing Apercen Partners in the highest possible regard
    • Maintains kitchen, office and conference room general cleanliness
    • Prepare conference room, set up laptop projection and sound
    • Prepare and send documents via certified mail and FedEx
    • Receive and sort mail and deliveries while following mail procedures for distribution

    Qualifications

    • 2 years related experience
    • AA degree or equivalent experience
    • Demonstrated professionalism and positive attitude
    • Superior time management skills and attention to detail
    • Ability to multi-task and prioritize workload
    • Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
