  • Overview

    The Apercen Operations team provides support to all employees, working together to provide high-level support in all areas to facilitate business needs. Apercen continues to grow, and we are seeking individuals who want to make a difference and are focused on providing support and service to our professional services team.

     

    In this office role, you will perform various basic clerical tasks, including managing and maintaining physical and digital filing systems, operating office equipment, and completing general office work. You will receive, scan, classify, store, and maintain records according to the organizational system of the office and maintain the utmost confidentiality in dealing with private, highly sensitive, information. You will also perform office reception responsibilities to ensure a smooth operation of our front desk, including receiving visitors and package deliveries.

    Responsibilities

    • Receive package/ mail deliveries
    • Open, scan, file, and track incoming mail
    • Prepare/ distribute physical and electronic mail copies
    • Maintain internal mail tracking system
    • Find and correct mail address errors
    • Update database of digital records
    • Retrieve files/ documents when requested
    • Uphold utmost confidentiality in dealing with private, highly sensitive, information
    • Greet office visitors and direct them to the correct destination
    • Assist with office clerical projects (e.g., ordering meals, ordering and restocking supplies)
    • Responsible for representing Apercen to clients, business partners, employees, and recruits in the highest possible regard

    Qualifications

    • High School Diploma (AA degree preferred)
    • 2+ years’ customer service, clerical, and/or administrative experience
    • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and e-mail
    • Superior time management skills and attention to detail
    • Ability to multi-task and prioritize workload
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
