    As a Reporting Manager, you will focus on financial reporting across all FOS clients and for Apercen corporate. You will work with FOS and Apercen corporate managers to develop and produce custom financial reporting and other deliverables; and the FOS Director to ensure quality control standards.     Essential Functions:

    • Manage FOS financial reporting process
      • Coordinate deliverables schedule with client teams
      • Manage reporting inbox and client team requests
      • Track report completion
      • Create and maintain template checklists
    • Work with FOS Director to complete roll-out of PracticeCS project management features
    • Coordinate with FOS Quality Team to maintain current listing of PracticeCS project codes
    • Review financial reporting prepared by Financial Analyst for accuracy and compliance with quality standards
    • Respond to ad hoc requests for reporting in a timely, efficient, and accurate manner
    • Work with Financial Analyst to develop custom client deliverables per client manager requests
    • Work closely with FOS and Apercen corporate managers to meet recurring deadlines
    • Work with FOS Director to develop and maintain reporting quality standards
    • Develop in-depth understanding of underlying data, data structures, and business uses to ensure reporting meets client needs
    • Maintain reporting templates and version tracking
    • Ensure deliverables are properly saved in network folders and archived as needed



    • Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with internal and external teams both verbally and via email
    • GAAP accounting knowledge
    • Proven experience in effectively managing, training, mentoring, and motivating teams of high performing individuals
    • Possession of the utmost integrity and ability to uphold client confidentiality
    • Ability to adapt quickly to change and manage stress
    • Ability to work well in a team environment
    • Must be detail-oriented
    • Possession of good decision-making skills and self-awareness


    Desired Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's Degree or higher
    • Advanced Excel skills, including use and creation of macros, lookup tables, pivot tables, etc.
    • Experience with Spreadsheet Server or similar reporting tool
    • Minimum of 3-5 years prior experience in a fast-paced environment, preferably in finance or related industry
