    As Apercen continues to grow, we are seeking an experienced recruiter to manage candidate relationships and proactively build a pipeline of active and passive candidates for repeat and critical positions.

    Responsibilities

    • Manage full life cycle recruitment for specialty HNW individual tax and tax exempt roles across 8 U.S. locations
    • Work closely with tax team to source candidates, developing candidate talent pipelines through industry networking, LinkedIn, recruitment campaigns, internet searches, networking groups, social media, employee referrals, and advertising
    • Act as a firm ambassador to potential recruits, proactively build an ongoing pipeline of qualified candidates for repeat and critical positions
    • Work with partners and managers to understand the needs of each role to create and update job descriptions, offer packages and interview strategies
    • Conduct initial phone screens with candidates to assure they meet minimum requirements, assessing behavioral, cultural and technical fit
    • Maintain professional communication and confidentiality with candidates and employees with sensitive information
    • Manage onsite interview schedules partnering with administrative staff to ensure candidates are greeted and interviews are facilitated seamlessly
    • Maintain recruitment applicant tracking system ensuring information is up-to-date for all open positions

    Qualifications

    • 5+years of full-cycle recruiting experience in professional services environment, preferably in specialty accounting practices
    • BA /BS degree
    • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
    • Strong interpersonal skills; high degree of professionalism and maturity
    • Self-starter; ability to work independently
    • Exceptional organization and prioritization skills
    • Strong MS Office, Excel and PowerPoint skill

    Desired Qualifications:           

    • MA/MS degree
    • “Big 4”or comparable public accounting recruiting experience
    • Experience with ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems), such as greenhouse or iCIMS
